GOT MY DATE!!!!!!!!
Hi Judy,
Congratulations on the great news. My biggest suggestion is to attend a support group in your area, hopefully your surgeon has a program that includes these.
What this did for my journey, when I was in your shoes, was attending gave me a tremendous peace that carried me through to the operation. It wasn't anything someone said directly to me or about their surgeries, it was the collective experience. The last support group meeting just before my surgery on Halloween 2006, during my long commute (some where across the gator alley) the realization hit me that no one in the room was discussing limb removals, kidney dialysis, major organ transplants, heart failure, etc... Every last one of them were caught up in discussions of hair loss and what viatmins to take, from newbies to 4 year veterans. Our common denominator is Dr. Paul Wizman's tremendous skill set with a lap scope, that lets him finish all his surgeries closed, not "opened." Recovery is very fast. Complications are rare. www.drwizman.com

What a wonderful response! Your words were so comforting! I am seeing DR Webb in Jacksonville. He is Wonderful and I feel so at ease with him. I know I will be fine. Can't wait until the day I can set here and be writing to someone who is just beginning their journey like I am. I hope and pray I will pass through this journey with as little difficulty as possible!
Thanks again for your thoughts. I do have a support group from Dr Webbs group and they are great but new friends in the same place you are is great to have as well! Thanks again
Judy
