Hi it's been a while since I've been in here just wanted to update everyone on my allmost 4 years post op. I am feeling so good I went from 368 to 178 and I work out at golds gym at least 3 times a week.It will be 4 years in sept yippiiiiiiii brenda newman

Wow you must turn heads now. When's your next Fashion Model shoot? How's your Motivational & Confidence levels now? Keep positive as you seem to be. Will you be coming to the OH Conference to Strut your stuff?
