I forgot how to change my "signature."

I want to update my signature to reflect my current weight loss ticker. I created the new ticker, but can't remember where to put it. Can you help? Thanks! Elizabeth

Go to the Obesity Help - Main Forum then in the upper left side click on User Setting.
