Ok, I am just about done typing the letter to my PCP. In the sample letter is says, I am sending him some handouts from OH.com. Only thing is I can't locate what handouts are on the website. Help?

Basically the handouts are what you can print from the surgery type forums about the surgery, like what you'd find here (on the RNY): http://obesityhelp.com/forums/rny/cmsID,9639/mode,content/

You might also want to go to PubMed and do a search for your surgery type. There you can print the journal abstracts. You can probably order the full journal article from the library.
