I haven't gotten there yet but others in our group have said they have to add carbs and or calories to stablize their weight. I have 18 lbs. to go to goal and I am hoping I will get even lower than that. But let's see what happens when I get to my goal 18 lbs. Liz

Hey Liz thanks for the feedback. I'm originally from Philly (NE) and lived in Bensalem when I first married. Gotta love them E-A-G-L-E-S - next year we will definately be in the Superbowl!!!! Barbi

Super Bowl here we come. I live in Yardley. I had my surgery at Barix in Langhorne. I love Naples. We vacation in Marco often. I was there in November. You are so lucky you live there. Liz

Hi Barbi ~~ Hope you don't mind me poking my nose in from Va. (My WLS surgeon, Dr Lord, is now in Fla so I sometimes read your MessageBoard) My weight stablized when I was about 24 months postop. Prior to that point I had steady drops each month then, all of a sudden, stopped. After a few months stablized I started losing again. I was afraid of not being able to stop. I went straight to my Nutritionist for the answer. Each of us is different--so I think it's important that you check with the professionals that know you and have all your medical history. My Nutritionist has followed me from 467 pounds down to 152. I trust her implicitly and try to follow her instructions to the letter. Angel on your shoulder Cindy
