Just wanted to clarify, I will be self pay out of the country, and will be using my BCBS for preop/postop care. That's why I mentioned the insurance. Will also be willing to drive to Tampa or heck even to Orlando if have to...anybody help?

I live in Port Charlotte and had my surgery in Fort Lauderdale at Cleveland Clinic 11 weeks ago. My local Port Charlotte PCP is Stephanie Shell. She was very nice about signing my pre-op authorization and is working with me. Gove her a try.

hi, I am getting ready for surery this next week in orlando but live in north port fl. my pcp is kathy criss , murdock family medicine on cochran ave (old toledo blade). she is great, has a few bariatric pts at this time.
