FINAL REMINDER M&G TOMRROW

Tomorrow, Saturday 10/07 will be our Fall Central Florida Message Board Meet and Greet! Altamonte Mall Foodcourt 1130am- 130pm, look for the ballooons to identify our tables. This is very casual, not a support group meeting, just a gathering to share our stories and challenges. This is open to anyone in the WLS process or those considering it as an option to their obesity. Feel free to come and go as you like, bring friends and family. Share your recipes, pictures and suggestions. We always have a nice time and love catching up on all things WLS and personal too. Ruby Robinson is planning a recipe book that is WLS-firendly, so if youhave something you can share, bring that along. Also, bring your BEFORE pics so we can all see the results.
