You can try going on a protein diet to put your body back into ketosis state. Only protein and vegtables for a week. No sugar or starches. L.A. weight loss also does this for three days in a row. Three oranges a day with only protein and vegtables. It suppose to clean out your system you'll lose 10 pounds. They have a protrin train going on now on the black american forum. People have been on it and give their recipes all the time. They also post how much weight they are losing as well.
27 lbs in 6 weeks is great! If you feel your weight loss has slowed are you getting enough water? ARe you walking? Are you getting enough protein? If you answered no to any of these, you know what to do. Hang in there and remember that at times your wl does slow down but you're still losing inches. Your body just need a little time to catch up.

27 pounds is great!! Do your best NOT to compare to other people. Things will start to move. If you measure, I'm betting you are losing INCHES and your body is reshaping.
Check to be sure you are following Dr. Jawad's recommended eating plan. Get in your water and your protein and walk, walk, run, whatever- just move.
