The weather is same for here. We get a couple of real nice days shorts and than bang back to long pants and jackets.
Monday was a rest day
Tue s/f plus swimming
Wed master swim
Thursday s/f and hill running
Friday suppose to be rest day but may get in the pool
saturday swim out of the pool right onto bike for a 2 hour bike ride off bike 15 minute run
Sunday open water swim but that is not going to happen. the lake I swim is way to cold. will do a hour run

Well, our weather can't decide what season it is in Philly. But, I'm in the last 4 week push getting ready for a national tournament, so the beat goes on. ALso trying a new cross-fit type class at the gym.
Sunday - 30 minutes cardio and recovery (compression gizmos at the gym for my legs)
Monday - Fencing 2.5 hours with a lesson
Tuesday - Alpha/CrossFit class 1 hour Will try to get to the gym early to do some lifting
Wednesday - Fencing 2 hours
Thursday - Alpha class
Friday - Pilates and agility work
Saturday - Alpha class and additional lifting

Time to taper, and get some heat acclimation.
Monday-gym and 1 mile run
Tuesday-7 mile run (7x5 min intervals)
Wednesday-5 mile run and gym
Thursday-gym
Friday-8 mile run
Saturday-5 mile run
Sunday-rest

I'm a day late - holiday weekend here. Schedule is off.
Monday - strength training and yoga
Tuesday - rest
Wednesday - fencing 2.5 hours
Thursday - hour with personal trainer
Friday - Pilates and agility and an Active Metabolic Assessment (e.g. get on a treadmill and run with the Hannibal Lecter mask on for half an hour) I think I have a fencing lesson late that day, too.
Saturday - Tournament in Baltimore - two events - all day
Sunday - recovery.

Not real sure of my work out but I have a good idea. just waiting for the trainer to give my the schedule for next month. Going to have a few hot days ahead which I love but please remember be careful in the heat drink lots be safe

Hi everyone! We are organizing a walk/fit run called ASMBS Walk from Obesity in Paramus, NJ at Bergen Community College on Sunday, June 10th. The Walk from Obesity is the nation's largest walk-a-thon event that brings together those affected by obesity. It's a great family event. Jemez 50k went ok. The first 23 miles were awesome. The last 9 were a battle with heat and dehydration. But I live.
Monday-did some yoga
Tuesday-2 miles and the gym. Gonna do 6 more at lunch.

Monday 2 hour bike ride followed by a 15 minute run
Tue 45 minute swim and a hour bike ride. May change the hour bike ride to thursday. It is raining here
Wed Master swim followed by a 50 minute bike ride
Thursday 60 minute run and bike

Sunday 5k walk for brain tumor than a 2 hour bike ride
