Monday- so I finally got cleared but I decided to keep doing Therapy on my own. Just "technically" without my PT even though she is right there and still helps me..
Tuesday-2nd run scheduled--2 min run/4 min walk (4 times)
Wednesday-ASH Wednesday--and first night of my 2nd job...wont get anything done
Thursday-Swimming 1 mile
Friday-weights/leg day
Saturday-Swim 1 mile
Sunday-hoping to do my mini indoor triathlon..

Well, anything you can do is more than nothing. We use to have more people posting here but lately its just been me and Highland...
So, just post what you do...I find its a good way to keep myself accountable. If I say Im going to put 35 minutes on the elliptical, then I make myself do it..
Thats why I post on Monday to give myself a plan for the week..but, we also revise our plan if LIFE just gets in the way.
But we are happy to have you here.

Minimally! BUT moving when I can! I have fibromyalgia so some days are better than others. I don't have a local pool I can go to (would love that) and it's too cold to go out walking so I run around with my kids and pups in our back yard
We have a Master Swim class at the gym but I just took on a second job (tax season) and I just dont have time right now to do it.
Hit 41:20 today..just cant break the 41 barrier..I dont do flip turns and my form is normally all over the place so thats, Im sure, why I barely get any faster.

Ok I am jealous of your swim time. Have you ever thought of joining a master swim. You learn a lot and helps to improve your swim.
