A home practice is much easier to fit into my schedule than classes. Although I do love classes too! It looks like I'll get to go to yoga classes again starting next week - woo!

I have a 30 minute routine for stretching after running and it's amazing. My yoga class hasn't fit into my schedule recently, but I'm looking forward to getting back to it soon.

Hi all! A bit late this week since it's my vacation week. Wooo!
Monday - nothing
Tuesday - running (5mi), yoga
Wednesday - pilates class
Thursday - running (5mi), yoga
Friday - zenga class
Saturday - running (3mi), yoga
Sunday - yoga
Pretty straightforward week for me before the ridiculousness that next week will bring.

Got 6 in today. Ran at a good pace, breathing was good. Stayed right around 11:00/mile which is where I want to be. Not running for 4 months has really been a challenge. Hard to make myself run that slow but I know its not a sprint....I ran my latest half at 9:28/mile but 1 serious injury later, those numbers seem far fetch...my legs are not loving me right now..nor my toe nails..lol
