What surgery? Your goal for most surgeries would be to heal, not workout. Maybe just getting up and walking to get a drink of water every hour.

Do you do strength training. If not it would be smart to add it in. Candy does not bother me.

Topic: RE: Finally bought a FIT*****ARGE HR REVIEW

I thought about buying Fitbit HR for my parents but I gave up this idea after reading online reviews here: https://fitbit.pissedconsumer.com/fit*****arge-hr-fitness-t racker-21702/RT-C.html

People write that these trackers just fall apart. It's impossible to use them! I don't want to spend money for nothing. That is why me and my parents own Garmin Vivofit. We had connectivity issue but we managed to fix it. The quality of strap isn't too high, it fades quickly. Overall it's worth the price.

I have read the comments and I would like to add that you all are doing great! I am on this forum to help my family to lose weight and to support them. I will show my mother and father your daily schedules. Hopefully they will feel motivated! My mother does her best and enjoys the process. She chose her favorite activities (dancing, yoga and walking) and she sees the first results. But it's not the same with my father. He just doesn't like exercises and he acts like a small boy. Could you advice me the ways to motivate him?
