The gyms have been closed until December due to lockdown.
But, I get in some walking and cycling to keep moving and keep the head healthy too.
Are you able to incorporate something else instead of going to the gym?
I know some gyms are open when you make an appointment? so they can accommodate for social distancing, sanitizing etc?

Thank you! some things are harder since the kids have a shorter attention span and they take naps at different times so it's not like I get any alone time. I will absolutely check those out.
I got a Yoga Ball/Fit Ball and my kids seem to think it's one of those bouncy balls and have taken it hostage haha
There are some great low impact worjout videos on youtube.
I try to do these a few times per week.
If you take a look through them, you'll find some that work well for you.

Has your weekly routine been interrupted due to COVID issues? Have you done different exercises?
