Knitter you are right, that's when most people do turn to food. Good job.

I was MIA for everything last week - our youngest daughter had a health crisis (on the mend, now, thanks be) and I was running back and forth to docs, hospitals, etc.
Saturday I competed in a fencing tournament and partially due to the stress of the week and the fact that I had a terrible reaction to the Synvisc in my knees earlier in the week, came in Dead F-ing Last. But I fenced, which was the important thing.
Sunday - rest day
Monday - Fencing lesson and fencing 3 hours
Tuesday - massage and 1 hour cross fit
Wednesday - fencing 2.5 hours
Thursday - 1 hour upper body work out with personal trainer, 1 hour cross fit
Friday - 1 hour pilates, 1 hour core workout with trainer
Saturday - 1 hour cross fit
Sunday - Another small tournament
Not being able to exercise when I was stressed out was really hard - I feel good about the fact that I didn't turn to food in a time of extreme stress, but wow - I don't want to re-live that week ever again.

Keep on losing!

I also like best to work out in the mornings. Occasionally I'll have to put it off to afternoon, but not often. I feel like starting the day with a good hard workout sets me up for a more active day, plus there's the possibility of some post-workout burn like you get with HIIT. I'm looking forward to the ice being gone this spring so I can go back to running outdoors - but that's a while off so meantime I do my indoor bike here, and run/lift weights at the gym.
I go to the gym when they first open at 5:30 am. I'm the type of person that if I don't do it before I start my day I'll never get it done. I won't say it's my favorite time to exercise (since I hate sweating) but that's the time I go.

All of these posts are very inspiring :) makes we feel like getting off the sofa.
mornings - preferably around 9:00 or 10:00 after I've had some coffee, done the online crossword puzzle, and checked in here at OH! I don't really mind doing it later, it's just that I'm more apt to do it if I plan for it in the morning. I find too many excuses not to do it in the afternoon or evening.
