I love spin class. I always tell people keep going back it gets better.

Monday it is holiday here (family day) so i booked it off and did my house work. does that count as a work out

Tue 3 hour run in the cold and with ice. I call it a survival run

Wed strength training and master swim if they stay open. In for a another storm here. 3 weeks in a row.

Thursday a lot of walk and if we get the storm that will be my work out

Friday saturday and sunday nothing. I have to have a back molar taken out. To much money to try and save it. Plus they say it can last a week or a month or 10 years. they have no idea and at 2 thousand dollars i have only on choice pull it. They say no exercise for a few days that i will not feel up to it. They were honest and told me the pain will be bad

Good for you trying spin - it scares the crap out of me! Different week here. Older child was home this weekend for a visit from college which was nice and no fencing tonight due to all the coaches being at the Junior Olympics in Denver.

Monday - Weights (arms, core) and maybe some footwork for fencing. At least an hour workout

Tuesday - Cross fit class

Wednesday - Fencing 2 hours

Thursday - An hour with the beast that is my trainer and an hour of cross fit

Friday - Pilates and fencing lesson

Saturday - Cross FIt

Sunday - Fencing tournament and hopefully yoga at 4:30 if I get back in time.

Have a great week everyone.

Keep on losing!

Disastrous start to my week..my wife and I had a car accident in Arkansas..3 1/2 hours from home..no luggage, no phone chargers (except for a car), no change of clothes..nothing..had to spend the night in a hotel, Uber to Walmart on Monday to get two new tires, then drive home in a car that appears to desperately need an alignment now, in the rain the whole way mind you..

Edit news got even better (insert sarcasm) its going to cost $1250 to fix the car. Apparently more stuff was wrong that I initially thought ugghhhh

Monday-Trying to forget

Tuesday-nothing..wife said we needed to sleep

Wednesday-Swam 1 mile..41:40

Thursday-Run 6 miles..8:54..54:08

Friday-swam 1500 meters..felt good but time was slow--41:29

Saturday-off

Sunday-Run 10 miles
