Sorry about the car, but it appears you two are OK which is more important.

Been struggling here - just a lot of family stuff (not always good) going on right now.

Sunday - fenced a tournament - badly - but fenced

Monday - Fencing and lesson (if I don't get snowed out tonight)

Tuesday - Cross Fit

Wednesday - fencing

Thursday - Cross fit

Friday - Pilates and personal trainer

Saturday - cross fit and pilates

Sunday - yoga

Keep on losing!

Disastrous start to my week..my wife and I had a car accident in Arkansas..3 1/2 hours from home..no luggage, no phone chargers (except for a car), no change of clothes..nothing..had to spend the night in a hotel, Uber to Walmart on Monday to get two new tires, then drive home in a car that appears to desperately need an alignment now, in the rain the whole way mind you..

Edit news got even better (insert sarcasm) its going to cost $1250 to fix the car. Apparently more stuff was wrong that I initially thought ugghhhh

Thursday-Run 6 miles..8:54..54:08

Friday-swam 1500 meters..felt good but time was slow--41:29

Saturday-off

Sunday-Run 10 miles
