Still taking it easy with running. Afraid to do too much, while needing to do too much. The never ending cycle.

Monday-30 min bike, gym, 4 mile run

Tuesday-gym, 4 mile run

Wednesday-30 min bike, gym

Thursday-5 mile run

Friday-4 mile run, gym, yoga?

Saturday-Trail hike. Maybe 10 miles. We'll see.

Sunday-who knows, maybe gym

Ramping up after a week off for spring break with my college age daughter in Florida. Worked out a few days, paddle boarding one day for 3 miles and lots of walking. Too much food, though. Feel really sluggish.

Glad to be back home and back into the training grind. I'm less than 30 days from my next national points event in Salt Lake City on April 13-14. Time to get the grind on.

Sunday - I did abs and balance work and some stretching to get back into things.

Monday - fencing lesson and fencing 3 hours

Tuesday - Cross fit class

Wednesday - board meeting followed by fencing - probably only 1.5 hours

Thursday - Personal trainer 1 hour, cross fit 1 hour

Friday - Pilates 1 hour

Saturday - crossfit 1 hour and then a late in the day tournament with 10 other over 40 women in Baltimore.

Hopefully, spring will finally start to show up in the Northeast. I'm getting tired of the cold after a week in Florida spoiled me with perfect weather.

Keep on losing!

Been MIA this week - on vacation with my older daughter in Florida. It's her spring break from college and she wanted to spend it with ME! We've been enjoying sun and sand.

Sunday - Walked 5 miles at the Calle Ocho Festival in Miami

Monday - 1.5 hour workout in the gym - squats, etc.

Tuesday - rest day (beach)

Wednesday - Paddleboard - 3 miles in strong current and against the wind on the way back

Thursday - gym - deadlift day

Friday - not sure

Saturday - massive cleaning of the condo to "summerize" it since it won't be used again until the fall before I fly home.

Have a great week all!

Keep on losing!

Yeah, I use the foam roller too. I basically do everything anyone has ever said to do to heal IT band issues. One of these days i'll find something that works.

Hope you heal up soon. Some people say using the foam roller helps.
