Yep. We have a chain of places nearby called Bury the Hatchet - I bought a Groupon for 4 people to throw axes for 2 hours as a gift to my 16 year old daughter who has always wanted to try (me, too). So, hubby and I are taking my daughter and her bestie. https://burythehatchet.com/ They give you instructions. It's BYOB. I'm looking forward to it.

Topic: RE: How can I keep my health and fitness good?

I think today our food and the nutrients we get aren't enough. It is adulterated and not at all organic. I am a vegetarian but I don't trust the vendors that I buy from. I recently started growing my own veggies in my backyard. Not all of it but some. I wouldn't really know how to be healthy and fit. I guess working out can help by eliminating all the fats and junk that we consume. If you look at the consumer healthcare market trends, the industry is expanding like no other. The money earned and the amount of money invested in this industry is increasing to a higher extent. Also, with the technology bringing advancement in the healthcare market, I feel our health just keeps getting endangered. The meds and the unnecessary treatments cited just to extract money makes me worried about my health and life.

sighting is picking out something before the swim to sight on when you are swimming. you left your head up for a few seconds and check on the item you picked out to make sure you are swimming towards it still. In the race you will use the buoys that they have sitting out in the water to use for your sighting. It helps you to stay on course.. Another thing to practice because it is not so easy if you are in trouble is taking your swim cap off and waving it in the air. If you do it in the pool just let the guards know you are going to do it because it does mean you are in trouble and need help. My coach has us do it a few times in the training session because like she says i hope none of you will ever need to but in case you do I want you to know you can get the goggles off and than the cap.
