Thanks for taking the time to respond and the great tips. I appreciate it. I think I will slow down a bit on the jogging. Congrats on the Ultra Marathon - that is totally cool! Have a good weekend!

if there was a $10 membership near me I would JUMP on it!
this month I paid $60 for unlimited yoga at a studio here. and that was discounted from $100!
there is one gym that is $30 a month and kind of dumpy.
Good luck on the tri's. I have no place to swim or I'd be real tempted to do those things, but then I would not because my ass hates bike seats.

Yes it is $26 in the Boston area just to drop in. Even the $199 for 10 classes seems outrageous.

working with a trainer 1 hour. 3/4 days a week
I MISS RUNNING. ??

I thought it was way too much money for what was offered. When I tried it, they tried to sell it to me as personal training. There was nothing personal about it, I was in a class with about 15 other people. It cost $30 a class, too pricey for me.
I decided i would (most likely) never join a Gym again. I like to sign up short term for fitness classes, or go to Zumba where you can pay by the class. I hate paying money if I don't go, and too much time. I also try to think long-term...is this something I can sustain or want to? The answer to the gym is no.
I have switched my routine up over my WLS journey. Swim, trampoline...Since last October I discovered Beach Body videos and fell in love with them. I do not sell them, DO not do their diets, or use shakeology....just to make it clear. Different routine everyday for a week, so I don't get bored. But the only way I will do it is if I roll out of bed and do it right away. I drink a pre-workout drink, add 16oz water to it. Do my 30 minutes and done. I have seen results. Even had 2 Plastic Surgeons tell me I had good Abs. Love the 21-day-fix. I do modify where I need to. Didn't like 21 day fix extreme. have also done 22-min hard Corp. And am considering buying Cize which is dancing....Summer is almost here so I will start swimming again.
