So - fenced two events today - finished dead last in both, but liked the way I fenced. Was trying new stuff since I only have a few competitions left before summer nationals in a month. As with most national events, it's starting to get real.

Monday - lesson and fencing 3.5 hours

Tuesday - Pilates 1 hour and Cross fit 1 hour

Wednesday - fencing 3 hours

Thursday - cross fit 1 hour

Friday - PIlates 1 hour

Saturday - Cross Fit 1 hour

Sunday - small saber tournament

Upping my number to 2 a day workouts to get ready for summer nationals. Hope everyone has a great week.
