Hope you had a great holiday. You will not be out of commission believe me. Just doing different kinds of exercise. Good luck with the surgery

Able to open the windows in Philly today but it looks like the last day to have them open - looking at high 80s and low 90s with lots of humidity here this week. National tournament prep in full swing - I leave a week from today.

Monday - fencing 3 hours

Tuesday fencing lesson (30 mins) plus crossfit 1 hour

Wednesday - fencing lesson and fencing 3.5 hour

Thursday - Cross fit 1 hour and acupuncture

Friday - pilates 1 hour

Saturday - Cross fit

Sunday - yoga and packing

I'm trying to get my head in the right place to fence well and still tinkering with the best way to get myself in the zone when I fence. Looking to break into the top 20. Have a good week everyone.

Wow, sounds like you're really busy. I'm three and a half weeks out from gastric sleeve surgery and I've stepped up my workouts to twice a day 6 days a week. Step aerobics in the morning for about 40-45 minutes then after work gym- 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weight training. I'm determined to get to my goal weight as soon as possible and have my stamina back. Every pound I lose feels like I'm rolling back time.

Have a great rest of your week.

Hey, All! Hope all the dad's out there had a nice father's day . My hubby and father to our two girls spent part of the day watching me fence, which was the sweetest thing. (This was after he had run 10 miles - maniac). Tournament today went fairly well. Had a victory over someone who is a 3x individual world champion gold medalist - beat her 5-4. Never expected that. It made the whole day worthwhile.

Monday - Lesson and fencing 3 hours

Tuesday - Orthopedic surgeon for cortisone in the knees and then 1 hour of cross fit

Wedensday - fencing 2.5 hours

Thursday - personal trainer 1 hour - cross fit 1 hour

Friday - Pilates 1 hour

Saturday - Cross Fit - 1 hour

Sunday - 1 hour yoga -

HOpe everyone had a good week.
