personal support worker. i work in the community look after the elderly and the sick. I don't drive so i bus it and walk it. When you look after someone that is 400 pounds or someone that refuse to help wash them self it becomes tough. You need a break after 5 days
What kind of work are you doing? That seems like a brutal schedule

Last week was long - Summer National Championships for saber and foil. Like most tournaments there were moments of brilliance and moments of shame. In the end, moved up one slot in the foil ratings - 22 in the US and got on to the Saber list at number 37. Fenced Tuesday, Wedensday and Thursday last week - getting my ass kicked by children younger than my own on Thursday but learned.
This is my "recovery month" - with the exception of doing a deadlift max on Thursday I'm taking time off my crossfit class and Pilates to give my body some time to rest.
Monday - lesson and fencing 3 hours
Tuesday - easy strenght workout
Wednesday - fencing 2.5 hours
Thursday - Deadlift
Friday - Yoga
Saturday - who knows
Sunday - maybe take an outdoor bike ride if the weather cooperates.
(Its been crazy humid here in Philly so we'll see.)
Hope everyone has a great week.
Keep on losing!
