First is a trail 50k, the first weekend in March. The big pickle is the 24 hour race at the end of June. You know, unrealistic stuff!

Great job getting back to the gym and working out!  I miss gym endorphins too.  I am 10 weeks out and riding my bike and lifting light weights and ankle weights (PT exercises for knee strengthening).  Next week will be back at Planet Fitness.  Keep up the great work.

Have a happy, healthy week!

When it comes to weight loss, as I'm sure you know, it's mainly a function of diet.  So if you're not already, you should start there and track everything you put into your mouth with something like MyFitnessPal.
