I hated to hit "like" but just want to let you know that we are with you in thought and wish you nothing but speedy healing.

Today will begin the healing process.
Heading to Nashville in a couple of hours and having surgery at 3 cst.
Hopefully, with rehab, I will be back to exercising by January is what the doctor said. Until then it looks like crutches for a couple of months.
Everyone keep grinding.
I will check in periodically

Late but here. Fingers crossed for surgery going well.
Sunday - Recovery day
Monday - Fencing 3 hours, 1 hour lifting
Tuesday - lifting 1 hour
Wednesday - Supposed to fence tonight, but probably won't. Will go to gym for an hour
Thursday - lifting 1 hour
Friday through Sunday - Drive to Maine - support hubby at Beach to Beacon 10K, Drive home from Maine.
On-boarding for a new part-time job on Thursday at my health club in member services. Among the benefits - a fully paid single person membership - easily worth working 12 hours a week!

Saturday if I have energy bike ride

Saturday and sunday hoping to do but coming off of 12 days of work. I just find i am beat

Hello everyone..
Drove to Nashville today for a Cat scan..wont be doing any exercise today. I did do some open water training on Sunday which was really fun. The water at the lake was perfect.
Monday-nothing
Tuesday-swam 1 mile..47:40
Wednesday-cycled 20.57 miles...16.7 mph
Thursday-Cycled--20.5 miles..17.1 mph
Friday-Cycled 20.66 miles..16.5 mph..
Saturday-Im going to try and sell some of my vegetables at the Farmers Market
Sunday-prepare for my surgery on Monday

LONG Time, No Post. Still been lurking and appreciate all your posts. Coming up on 9 Years RNY Post Op. Following are some numbers:
Highest-350
Lowest-200
Current-240
Goal-215
Lot of NSV but most proud of having run a Marathon!
I have not been as close consistent in exercise but trying to get back to it!
Going to do my best to check in weekly to help reach my goal!

It's always hard for me to find a place that offers daytime classes. So many gyms only seem to offer morning and evening classes, since that's when most people are able to do them. I love that this place has classes all the time :)

I took a look at the schedule and wow i can not believe all the classes that they offer. I wish my y had that many classes. I can never make it to a class
