Because of too much cold, i exercise in my home...before someday I bought a treadmill and exercise bike for my home exercise.I cant tolerate cold :(. I think I can do better exercise in my home with this.
I've had my Garmin Vivoactive for a year and LOVE IT! I wear it all the time, probably too much as the face broke from the band at the screws. They really stand behind their products and sent me a replacement fairly fast. It's been great on speedwork run days!
I'm a half marathoner at heart but have been doing CrossFit the last few months and love it! Great way to chase away the short daylight hours and darkness until I can either get a treadmill or get back in to distance running. Cheees fellow runner!
Sadly exercise doesn't replace actual mental health treatment.

Hard to have a bust on your first tornament of the year. A lot to be said for treachery and wisdom though! Your plan to just keep going at it regardless of ages of opponents is wise in itself and takes guts that obviously you?re made of tough stuff. You're going to get so much out of this Diana, I really admire you!
