New to this board

Hello all!!! I'm a "newbie" to this board - but I'm certainly not new to the fitness and exercise genre! I had my RNY 10 months ago and once I was released to exercise I have done so with all the gusto allowable by my body. The more I do the more I have to challenge myself! My "daily" routine is as follows Monday - Weight lifting and Cardio Tuesday - cardio Wednesday - Weightlifting and cardio Thurdsday - cardio Saturday - Weight lifting and cardio Does anyone here know what the BTS training systems are? Those are the training classes I work out with and I enjoy them THOROUGHLY!!! If you ever get the chance to go to a gym that uses these system you'll get the best benefits in the least amount of time (in my opinion!) I'm working on becoming a group fitness leader, in fact I take my certification tes on the 16th. Wish me luck!!! I just wanted to drop in and say hi! Dee Dee
