Monday- so I finally got cleared but I decided to keep doing Therapy on my own. Just "technically" without my PT even though she is right there and still helps me..
Tuesday-2nd run scheduled--2 min run/4 min walk (4 times)
Wednesday-ASH Wednesday--and first night of my 2nd job...wont get anything done
Thursday-Swimming 1 mile
Friday-weights/leg day
Saturday-Swim 1 mile
Sunday-hoping to do my mini indoor triathlon..

How many workouts per week do you do? I'm just starting to train with fit4less and really hoping to find a good balance. I'm trying to avoid overdoing it in the beginning so I can maintain my motivation and not burn out. I've heard that consistency is key, so I plan on starting with around three sessions a week, focusing on a mix of strength and cardio, and then seeing how my body responds. I don't want to push myself too hard too soon, but I also want to make sure I'm challenging myself enough to see progress. How do you usually structure your workouts?
