I love cycling, but definitely not in winter--the cold just isn't for me! So these days, I'm trying to keep up with indoor workouts to stay active. Lately, I've been doing some chair yoga workouts https://betterme.world/articles/30-day-chair-workout/, and they're actually pretty great. It's a low-impact way to keep moving without putting too much strain on my body, and I already feel more flexible and energized. Staying active is definitely worth it, both physically and mentally. Even on lazy days when I don't feel like working out, I push myself a little, and I always feel better afterward
