A day late:
Monday - fencing lesson and fencing 3 hours
Tuesday - lower body workout and some clean and jerks
Wednesday - Fencing 2 hours
Thursday - work out with my trainer - 1 hour
Friday - Drive to DC and do Georgetown tour with child 2
Saturday - Abs and other stuff - maybe yoga 1-2 hours
Sunday - Fencing Tournament 3 hours
We are expecting heat indices of 100+ in Philly through to Monday next week. It's going to be ugly here

Monday was just a lot of walking
Tue 60 minute run. It was hot than a light rain came down with 20 minutes left and allowed me to pick up speed and finish
Wed master swim
Thursday strength training
Friday barre class
Saturday bike ride if it kills me
Sunday run.
Saturday and sunday i hope to get them in but it will be my first 2 days off in 12 days
