Thursday-Ran 6 miles..8:57...54:19...chilly but very little wind..legs felt heavy..
Friday-Swam 1500 meters..41:35..felt good just wasnt very fast

-10 with the Wind Chill in Philly. Glad I do an indoor sport.
Monday - Fencing lesson and fencing - 3 hours
Tuesday - hour of Pilates and an hour of lifting - will miss my regular cross fit class due to my daughter's birthday - need to make her favorite dinner
Wednesday - Fencing 2.5 hours
Thursday - Hour of pilates - will miss my crossfit class getting things set up for a conference
Friday - Sunday - running volunteers for a conference that raises 50K for my daughter's high school, so I'll be running like a chicken without a head, but not getting into the gym.
