Most people seem to have fallen off of their New Years Resolutions..or at least most of my friends have..its tough to stay committed
Monday-Swam 1500 meters..39:40 my fastest time yet
Tuesday-Run 6 miles--9:17...56:22
Wednesday-Swam 1000 meters..27:50 and work with swim coach
Thursday-Rain, Rain, Rain...decided to just sleep in..
Friday-Swam 1500 meters..41:20..slower than normal
Saturday-Off
Sunday-Ran 8.1 miles..9:06...1:14:00

Monday - no pilates class; snow shoveling instead
Tuesday - running (at the gym due to weather), yoga
Wednesday - pilates class
Thursday - running (location TBD, depends on melt and temperature), yoga
Friday - MFR class
Saturday - running (parkrun)
Sunday - yoga

Changing it up a bit!
Monday- Killed it on steps! Water was also over goal, unfortunately so were my carbs... Dogs all got their nails done and I even managed some time. Not a great day but a good day!
Tuesday- Killed it on steps again as my mom ended up in the ICU, over 14,000 in for the day. Water was over 96 oz easy unfortunately carbs were over as I had to make a food choice at the hospital...
Wednesday- Walked over 6.5 miles on a gym day! Drink more than a gallon of water... Made it to training class! Dropped by to check on my mom Got home at 8:30pm and managed to get my weight training workout in...
Thursday- Hit the ground running! Let's do this!
Friday- Repeat Monday
Saturday- Weather pending long walk in the AM plus same as Tuesday
Sunday- Ditto of Saturday
Goals: 64 oz water, 12,000 steps on not gym day/10,000 on gym days/8,000 on snowed in days, Weight training 3x a week for 35-45 minutes, work dogs daily

Sunday - fenced a tournament. burned calories. Fenced poorly. Learned.
Monday - fencing lesson and fencing
Tuesday - hour of Pilates and hoping to do an hour of lifting
Wednesday - can't make my fencing class due to a board meeting which will run long - no idea
Thursday - Pilates 1 hour, personal trainer 1 hour, cross fit 1 hour (punishing myself for Wedensday)
Friday - Pilates 1 hour
Saturday - Cross fit 1 hour
Sunday - agility/strength.
Sunday evening is my daughter Sweet 16 - taking 7 teens to a fancy bowling alley (Lucky Strike) and then out for Italian Food. It has been requested that the parents not sit with the kids. Gotta love a teenager. Have a great week and stay warm.
