Happy New Year to everyone...
Monday-Swam 1 mile..had my fastest time..48:40
Tuesday-Commitment Day 5K--Got first place in my division..23:35...course was short..2.89 miles
Wednesday-woke up with the crud this morning, got up at 4 and went right back to bed at 430..
Thursday-Crud Day 2..cant sleep at night with this sinus infection. Day 2 of no exercise. Ughhh
Friday-Crud Day 3..went to the doctor and got a ****tail shot.
Saturday-planned day off
Sunday-run at least 5 miles

Monday- Walked 12,000, drank 64 oz and was a little over carbs.
Tuesday- Worked out cleaning and setting up our home gym! WOOT! Got my water in, steps came in a little low but still made plan.Carbs, again a little over plan. Going to tighten up on my next 100 Day Challenge starting 1/7/19.
Wednesday- Walked, drank, over carbs
Thursday- Gym (hurt my knee...), barley got my steps in, and better but not under on carbs, water was great!
Friday- Got everything done! Walk, water, and under carb goal.
Saturday- No gym as my knee is still a little stiff but got everything else done including a beautiful 3 mile walk with my tiny grand daughter.
Sunday- Walked over 7 miles, rode over 5 miles (wanted to ride more but was starting to "feel" my knee), water was over a gallon and carbs were okay!
HW: 398.8 SW:356 GW: 175 CW:147
