Merry Christmas to all those that celebrate it.
Monday work and lot of running around. Hoping to do some stairs work out.
Tue if I wake up before my husband a 30 minute run.
Wed stairs work out
Thursday going for an hour run
Friday barre class and strength training
Saturday strength training
sunday hour run
Back to the grind today..
Monday-Ran 4 miles..our group got together and had a Christmas Eve run..
Tuesday-XMAS..did nothing..but graze too much
Wednesday-swam 1 mile..had a decent time for me..48 minutes
Thursday-only ran 5..have never ran in such windy conditions..it was over 20 mph this morning..was like running in a wind tunnel
Friday-Swim 1 mile..49:20..little slower than Wednesday but still ok
Saturday-Driving to Atlanta for the Peach Bowl..only mild walking that day
Sunday-got home super late Saturday night, took Sunday off

Monday- water in, steps almost...
Tuesday- Hey! I got my water in! Steps were close again...(no gym/bike)
Wednesday-Back on Track! Water in, 1,500 over step goal and carbs are good too.
Thursday- HII****er, steps, and carbs nailed it!
Friday- Hit the gym for cardio, steps over for the day, water too! Carbs under! Woot!
Saturday- Woke up not feeling well, we'll see what happens.
Sunday- Depends on the weather!
