Hello Exercise peeps,
It was another chilly week here in TN..
Monday-schedule day off
Tuesday-Run 6 miles--9:24 pace 57:06
Wednesday-Swam 1 mile..had one of my fastest times..42 minutes..
Thursday-Run 6 miles--9:04 pace 55:04..my whole group bailed on me. Had to run solo this morning. Was raining at 4:15 am right up until 5. At 5, nothing..was actually perfect conditions. 45 degrees and very little wind
Friday-Swim 1 mile
Saturday-Schedule day off
Sunday-Run..not sure how much.

Last big week before the taper. Diet has been relatively decent with all the birthdays and month long Christmas nonsense. Need to get 9,000 ft of climbing for the week to reach 200,000 for the year. Probably not the best training for my upcoming race, but whatever.
Monday-2 miles to gym, gym, 2 miles home
Tuesday-12 miles of hill repeats (1,000ft)
Wednesday-4 miles and gym
Thursday-10 miles of hill repeats (1,000ft)
Friday-6 mile run (2,000ft)
Saturday-20 mile run (4,000ft)
Sunday-12 mile run (2,000ft)

Same old, same old for me! Just trying to stay on track with the holidays and moving my mom into a nursing home.
Monday- Water 64oz plus, I was close on steps and carb goal....
Tuesday- Gym (honestly can't believe I made it! It's been a day already and it's only 9am), Water 64oz Done! Steps In! Support Group Done! Carb goal...3 out of 4 isn't bad...
Wednesday- Water and steps just made it.
Thursday- Gym in and done! Water all in! Steps were way over! YAY!!
Friday- Good start for the day!
Saturday- Repeat Tuesday
Sunday- Repeat Monday
Let's do this!
