Happy December all! To those who are in the mid-Atlantic and getting pummeled by snow in NC, VA and other areas that don't normally get the white stuff - stay safe.

Big week ahead for me. First National tournament of the year for my age group at the end of the week so I've got some nerves.

Sunday - Rest day - fenced against children I could have given birth to yesterday then went to my hubby's company holiday party.

Monday - fencing 3 hours

Tuesday - cross fit 1 hour

Wednesday fencing 3 hours plus lesson

Thursday fly to tournament

Friday - fence age group event

Saturday - fence open vet event (women over 40)

Sunday - fly home

Send positive thoughts Friday and Saturday that I either keep my place in my age grou*****t move down tooo much. (Currently 27th among the top 50 ranked women in the US aged 50-59.)

Good luck to you this weekend! Finally, hopefully, it's a "normal" exercise week for me here.

Monday - intermediate mat pilates class
Tuesday - running, yoga for stretching
Wednesday - mat pilates class
Thursday - running, yoga for stretching
Friday - MFR class (we had a sub, so it was a Melt method class instead. Which is sort of similar.)
Saturday - running, yoga for stretching
Sunday - yoga

Tue going to do a 40 minute easy run see how the lungs do

Wed dance class master swim

thursday rest

Friday walking

Saturday lot of baking does standing on your feet and washing floors on hands and knees count

Sunday hour run if lungs will let me

So after traveling to Dallas this week and eating some "not so good choices" and after taking time off after the marathon, today, on the scale and running, I paid dearly. Hopefully, this week I can get back into the swing of things.

Monday-Drove home from Dallas

Tuesday-Ran 5 miles and felt like I hadn't run in 3 years..was really a struggle

Wednesday-Swim..not sure how far

Thursday-Run 5 or 6 miles

Friday-Swim 1 mile

Saturday-not really sure

Sunday-Run 5 miles

Still dealing with my mom and trying to take care of myself...

Monday- Water (nailed it early), Steps right at 12,000

Tuesday- Gym Done! (Didn't want to go but did...)

Wednesday- Apple watch died but I think I got my steps in.. ACK!! Did get extra water in!

Thursday- Gym Done! (OMG! I'm so sore! It was my HIIT, I need to move this to my weekend workout..)

Friday- 15,864 steps and 96 oz of water!

Saturday- Water was way over and steps came in at 10,002 just over the minimum

Sunday- Steps came in at over 17,000 and moving furniture counted for my gym!

HW: 398.8 SW:356 GW: 175 CW:147
