No desire to workout...2 weeks post surgery sleeping a lot... Dreading going back to work. Shoulders tense etc...

What to do?

What surgery? Your goal for most surgeries would be to heal, not workout. Maybe just getting up and walking to get a drink of water every hour.

I waited almost 2 months before I started working out. Give your body time to heal.

I'm confused since 12 minutes prior to this post you made one asking how soon you could exercise because you're restless.

Even at 2 weeks post-op, you should be walking as much as you can. Walking will help with your energy levels. Are you getting at least 64 ounces of liquids and 80 grams of protein?

Lots of people still need to take naps for a month or so after surgery - it's major surgery combined with major lifestyle change. Go easy on yourself to an extent, but get out there and walk.
