I ended up not running TH morning, and it's a good thing I didn't, since that night our development had some flash flooding, my partner got stuck in it, and I had to walk 2 miles roundtrip to rescue him, some of whi*****luded water up to my waist. Fun times!
But.. it was also sort of awesome since I felt completely strong and able :)
(Partner is fine... car? Car is probably totaled. We'll find out on Monday.)

Hope you are feeling better soon.
Want to say i did a very light run today only 30 minutes and the last 5 minutes i walked most of it. I was sore but felt great to be out there.
Not sure where everyone lives but Monday is Thanksgiving so I want to wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving.
Monday rest
Tue back to work lot of walking and another small light easy run
Wed swim and my own physio in the pool
Thursday maybe some strength training depending on how i feel
Friday swim
saturday rest
sunday another run not sure how long hoping 40 minutes
I am sooooooo ready for some cooler weather...Me and two friends started at 4:30am to get in our 17 miles. Even at that time it was still in the 70s. It was really hot near the end. I purposely never stopped my Garmin for any water breaks, pee breaks (girls drank too much water), etc. just to see where I stood. I still maintained an 11:10 pace which I was actually pleased about.
Monday-Schedule rest day..after this weekend, I needed it
Tuesday-Run 8 miles
Wed-Had the crud Tues night, took the day off..(using Liz's Edit technique)
Thursday-Run 8 miles
Friday-Swim @1 mile
Saturday-Going to the UF/Vandy game in Nashville. Probably will just be some walking but nothing to really raise the HR.
Sunday-I believe our schedule calls for 18 miles this week.
