Weekly Workout - June 3, 2018

Well, our weather can't decide what season it is in Philly. But, I'm in the last 4 week push getting ready for a national tournament, so the beat goes on. ALso trying a new cross-fit type class at the gym.
Sunday - 30 minutes cardio and recovery (compression gizmos at the gym for my legs)
Monday - Fencing 2.5 hours with a lesson
Tuesday - Alpha/CrossFit class 1 hour Will try to get to the gym early to do some lifting
Wednesday - Fencing 2 hours
Thursday - Alpha class
Friday - Pilates and agility work
Saturday - Alpha class and additional lifting

The weather is same for here. We get a couple of real nice days shorts and than bang back to long pants and jackets.
Monday was a rest day
Tue s/f plus swimming
Wed master swim
Thursday s/f and hill running
Friday suppose to be rest day but may get in the pool
saturday swim out of the pool right onto bike for a 2 hour bike ride off bike 15 minute run
Sunday open water swim but that is not going to happen. the lake I swim is way to cold. will do a hour run
