Not real sure of my work out but I have a good idea. just waiting for the trainer to give my the schedule for next month. Going to have a few hot days ahead which I love but please remember be careful in the heat drink lots be safe
Monday strength training
tue tri swim
wed dance class
Thursday 60 minute run
friday bike ride
saturday bike and a run
sunday either a bike or a run

I'm a day late - holiday weekend here. Schedule is off.
Monday - strength training and yoga
Tuesday - rest
Wednesday - fencing 2.5 hours
Thursday - hour with personal trainer
Friday - Pilates and agility and an Active Metabolic Assessment (e.g. get on a treadmill and run with the Hannibal Lecter mask on for half an hour) I think I have a fencing lesson late that day, too.
Saturday - Tournament in Baltimore - two events - all day
Sunday - recovery.
