Weekly Workouts 1.28.18
on 1/28/18 4:54 pm
Well, I'm going to start with the end of last week. I coordinated more than 100 volunteers for a three day conference at my daughter's high school. On Friday, I walked 7 miles inside the school, 6 yesterday and 4 today. I didn't get to the gym since Friday because I was at school for 12-15 hours at a time and did a black tie charity fundraiser last night for a cancer foundation.
So this week:
Monday - fencing 2.5 hours
Tuesday - Pilates 1 hour, personal trainer 1 hour
Wednesday - Fencing 2.5 hours
Thursday - not sure
Friday - Pilates
Saturday - weights/agility
Sunday - fencing tournament.
Sunday I will move forward on my promise of getting my ass kicked by kids to whom I could have given birth, but I don't care. My pledge was to fence more this year in competition and I will.
Keep on losing!

Thursday is now 1 hour private Pilates session concentrating on chair Pilates (not a regular chair - its a special weird piece of equipment) so I can use the new Pilates chair I just bought at home. Plus 2.5 hour choir rehearsal. Friday night, singing a Mass and Saturday is an hour of Pilates and an hour of weights.

Monday is my crazy long work day so I count my walking as my exercise. plus they are calling for bad weather.
Tue hill running 60 minutes
wed strength training and master swim
thursday 60 minute run
friday barre class or maybe going to buy new runners since I can not stand my running shoes that I have
saturday 130 minute run
sunday rest
I don't entirely know yet. Here's my plan, with things defaulting to yoga depending on weather and time. I've got a ridiculous amount of homework this week and I'm freaking out about whether or not I'll be able to fini**** all in time.
M: yoga at home
Tu: running, yoga stretching
W: pilates class, yoga class
Th: running, yoga stretching
F: zenga class, tai chi class, pilates class
Sa: running, yoga stretching

"Easy" is totally subjective. Personally I think any workout schedule involving spinning is hard :P
