I have fallen so far off the tracks in the last two weeks and this week isn't much better. No fencing today, club closed. Will miss my TRX class tomorrow to a meeting. Will fence for 2 hours Wednesday. Thursday, I'll try to get in yoga. Friday - off to the Y for something - maybe some light weights - I haven't lifted in three weeks now.
My next few weeks are crazy with work and for the non-profit I'm president of for the next two years - it seems like endless meetings.
Hope everyone has a great week. I need to get back on track or I'll make a fool of myself at my first fencing tournament on Oct. 1.
Keep on losing!

Virtual Running club has a fun virtual race called "Set Your Phasers to Stun" and you get a star trek shirt and a medal that looks like a phaser for it.
Might be a fun way to get out of the rut. I like virtual running club cuz you can pick your distance (5K or 10K) and it is totally ok if you walk it. The beauty of virtual races is YOU pick the course, the distance, and the time you want it done in AND you dont have to worry about being DFL (dead, effin last) or the course closing on you.
