New On Obesity journey!!!
Welcome! Finding something you like to do is your best plan. For me, this meant joining a gym with a wide variety of fitness class offerings. Then I tried everything that seemed remotely appealing to me and forced myself to try it for 4 classes before giving up. This is important because you normally feel like an uncoordinated idiot for the first 2-3 classes. So you need to make sure you stick with it longer than that period of stupidity. :P
I also started walking a lot and that eventually turned into running. I ran my first half marathon in March 2017! :D

"Dear?"
"take as much carbohydrates as you can. They are the real source of fats."??
What are you even talking about? Do you have any experience or awareness of the bariatric community? Or are you just spouting whatever comes to your brain out at us?
