Thursday 20 minutes s/f and 60 minute run

Friday 80 minute ride

Saturday 30 minute run and a 50 minute swim

Sunday 170 minute ride 10 minute run

I'm four weeks post-op today, which means two weeks to go for exercise clearance. I get jealous when I read the posts here, which is why I read the posts here.. since I want to actively miss exercise so that I'll be eager to get back to it when I can!

Right now, I can walk, but the allergies are kicking my butt whenever I do (and I even get allergy shots!!) so then I end up coughing a lot and coughing really, really sucks post abdominal surgery. SIGH.

But on Saturday I walked up and down stairs for the first time when I went to the theater to see a musical, and that was great. I'm walking around a lot inside my home as well. But, still.. can't wait to be able to post real exercise here again! I miss yoga and pilates and running!

not much longer to go and you will be back at it. Glad to hear that you are getting out and doing stuff
