Can anyone recommend a good website where I can build my own weight training plan?

I highly recommend the New Rules of Lifting concept/plan.

Maybe I am missing something, why do you need a website to build a plan? Are you unsure of what exercise to do or are you unsure of how to do them?

What are your goals? Are you only wanting aesthetics or strength?

You'll get lots of weight loss website on google while searching. But not all are really good for you. So it's time to take the best one. Good luck!

Try looking at You Tube and searching for results there. Many videos are available for at home use or to 'study' prior to using weights or machines. There also tons of apps out there that can show you and plan out your regiment.

I like Instant Fitness. It tells you the exercise level (beg-moderate-adv) and what the exercise pattern does for you - arms, core, legs, etc. There are work outs as short as 7 minutes and those that are much longer.

High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT is pretty popular right now too. It does not require a lot of equipment, and the typical workout takes 8-10 minutes with great calorie burn. Try looking those on you tube and apps as well.

Good Luck and get strong!

What happens tomorrow is the result of what you do today.

there are several websites that has the required feature, but thing is you do not need to plan an exercise, trust on your mind and give chance it to work lol. i would suggest to make only 1 exercise plan of over all body and go with that daily.

This is horrible advice.

1st - most of the people here do not have the experience required to "trust on your mind" when it comes to exercise plans, because exercise hasn't been a part of our lives prior to weight loss.

2nd - working the entire body every day is not recommended by any personal trainer certification program or any physical activity guideline. It's recommended that a person focus on different muscle groups each day, to allow for healing, recovery, and muscle rebuilding in between. If you work out the same muscles every day, you'll never see improvement.

Not to mention, for most people doing the same workout every single day would get pretty boring pretty quickly.
