Can arm exercises really tighten up the underarm sag?

The bat wings from my weight loss are annoying but I've always believed there was nothing I could do to tighten them up other than plastic surgery. Has anyone been successful in having less saggy arms with exercise?

Yeah that's what I figured. I suppose if there were a nonsurgical way, someone here would have found it.

No. Exercise can only tightened muscles. However you Wil get much better results with plastic surgery if your muscles are toned.

WAY less saggy in the last year. If I had the money I would still have them done. I get complements on the definition all the time though.
