Monday-Swim/Run 1/2 hour each

Tuesday-Spin Class

Wednesday- Swim/Run 1/2 hour each

Thursday-Yoga

Friday-Spin Class

Saturday-3 mile run

Sunday-Spin Class

Yes it is nice to see the sun and feel some warmth. I was able to get the bike out this weekend instead of doing it on trainer and run without a jacket.

Monday bike ride

Tuesday 30 minute s/f, run 40 minutes, swim hour

wed master swim

Thursday 30 minute s/f, 60 minute run

Friday run 45 minute

Saturday rest

Sunday 80 minute bike ride

I opted not to run today because I didn't think I could deal with being alone with my brain for 35 minutes. Of course it was a gorgeous day and I'm having to miss two runs this week due to travel, so I'm sure I'll end up regretting my decisions even if it was the right one to make.

Monday: yoga
Tuesday: running and yoga stretching
Wednesday: yoga
Thursday: yoga or a good walk around campus
Friday: fitness classes (pilates/yoga, tai chi, pilates)
Saturday: walking hopefully
Sunday: walking hopefully

Had an asthma flare over the weekend and have to sing five church services later in the week, so my time is limited.

Tomorrow, I'll work with my trainer for 90 minutes

Wednesday I'll take a private fencing lesson then an adult foil fencing class for 2 hours.

Thursday, I sing for two hours.

Friday Pilates

Saturday, Sing 8 hours

Sunday, Sing 4 hours.

I've found that the only exercise I can do on singing days is yoga. I started out running on voice lesson days and quickly realized that it screwed up everything :P
