Great to finally get back out for a road race. I ran in a 5K today. I finished 210th out of 607 people at a pace of nine minutes 13 seconds. Felt awesome!!
Monday-Swim/Run 1/2 hour each
Tuesday-Spin Class
Wednesday- Swim/Run 1/2 hour each
Thursday-Yoga
Friday-Spin Class
Saturday-3 mile run
Sunday-Spin Class

So glad you had a good run. I am sorry about starting the weekly post tonight we both must have started it at the same time. If you can tell me how to delete it I will. I just wanted to make sure it got started because my week is somewhat crazy and i will be coming back to this to know what I am doing
Monday 50 minute ride with 20 minute tempo
Tuesday s/f 20 minutes swim 60 minutes run 30 minutes
Wed master swim
Thursday s/f 30 minutes run 60 minutes
Friday rest
Saturday 70 minute ride
Sunday run 50 minutes ride 45 minute speed work
