Monday-Swim/Run 1/2 hour each

Tuesday-Spin Class

Wednesday- Swim/Run 1/2 hour each

Thursday-Yoga

Friday-Spin Class

Saturday-3 mile run

Sunday-Spin Class

Still fighting this chest infection but I am glad to say i had a good run today

Monday 70 minute bike ride nice and easy

Tue 45 minute run

Wed master swim

Thursday 50 min easy bike ride

Friday 30 minute race pace run

Saturday rest/ walk

Sunday 30 k around the bay race

I am totally off my game with daily exercise - I blame pre-race injury and then the race. I need to get back into my groove. Sadly it's spring break (happily it's spring break!!) so I don't get fitness classes on Friday.

Monday: yoga, I hope
Tuesday: running, yoga stretching, physical therapy
Wednesday: yoga
Thursday: running, yoga stretching, physical therapy
Friday: yoga
Saturday: running, yoga stretching
Sunday: yoga

Tuesday-5 mile am run, 7 mile pm run

Wednesday-6 mile run

Thursday-10 mile trail run w/ 2k ft. climbing

Friday-yoga

Saturday-22 mile trail run w/ 4k ft. climbing

Sunday-10 mile trail run w/ 2k ft. climbing

We were in mourning Monday after Duke's loss so no workout for me that day. I need to get my five days in so it will just shift into the weekend.

Monday - nothing

Tuesday - Cardio

Wednesday - Strength training upper body

Thursday - Cardio

Friday - Strength training lower body

Saturday - Strength training upper body

Sunday - nothing formal. house cleaning, cooking
