I am totally off my game with daily exercise - I blame pre-race injury and then the race. I need to get back into my groove. Sadly it's spring break (happily it's spring break!!) so I don't get fitness classes on Friday.
Monday: yoga, I hope
Tuesday: running, yoga stretching, physical therapy
Wednesday: yoga
Thursday: running, yoga stretching, physical therapy
Friday: yoga
Saturday: running, yoga stretching
Sunday: yoga
