I will start it but I can not say what my work out will be truly like this coming week.  I have been pretty ill and I have a feeling I have bronchitis. Tried to run today and did not go well. only did an hour instead of my 3 hours and it was mostly walking. I had to keep stopping due to coughing up my lung. Hope to see doctor this week. I have a race next sunday and by no means am i ready for it Well share though I have signed up for my first 1/2 ironman which will take place in sept. and I have some heavy training a head of me since I am weak with the bike.

I played Florence over the weekend. I was both Nightingale and Johnston. That means nurse and maid to a down and out hubby and wild 7 year old. The lack of sleep i****ting me hard. Not to mention that I have no gym partners today. So today is a real test of wills, but I'm going to sweat!

Monday - Cardio

Tuesday - Strength training for upper body

Wednesday - Cardio

Thursday - Strength training for legs

Friday - Strength training for upper body

Saturday/Sunday - nothing formal. Cleaning, couponing, meal planning, cleaning the car

That stinks. You are all fired up and then some damn virus stops you in your tracks. I was down for a week with the flu and it drove me nuts. Glad that is not like a major injury.
