Weekly Workouts 2.12.17
Hi All,
Hernia Surgery this week. :( As such have been limited in working out.Still in the past week did some swimming, running, and spinning as it'll be 6-8 weeks till I can workout again!
Also did a couple days of snow shoveling...my least favorite type of exercise!

Monday - yoga
Tuesday - yoga (can't run due to scheduling and recovery)
Wednesday - yoga
Thursday - running, yoga stretching
Friday - pilates yoga hybrid class, tai chi class, pilates class
Saturday - yoga
Sunday - running, yoga stretching
Yoga is clearly my go to exercise when it's not a running/fitness class day!

Good news my Husband does not have cancer. There are some issues but we can handle it and I thank you all for your concerns and wishes

Tuesday hill run 7 times hour run it should add up to
wed master swim

Friday swim
Saturday 160 minute run might do on monday it is a long weekend for us in ontario canada
